At Mane Mystique we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our human hair wigs. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to return or exchange your wig, and we are here to make that process as smooth as possible. Please review our comprehensive return policy below for all the information you need regarding returns, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return your wig within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in its original, unused condition, and all packaging and tags must be intact.
Customized or altered wigs are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Wigs:
If your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at yolanda@yolandawhitejohnson.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We may require photographic evidence to assess the damage or defect.
In cases of defective or damaged wigs, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement wig.
Return Process:
To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at yolanda@yolandawhitejohnson.com to start the return process. Once a return is approved, we will contact you with additional steps.
Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
Pack the wig securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged wigs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned wig, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Hygiene Considerations:
For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or had their lace removed are not eligible for return.
